Watchman comment: In my opinion, the judge doesn’t make a lot of sense until the 8:40 mark on the video. I was aware of U.S. Army officers stealing or misusing classified information and the higher leadership did nothing to them. Also there is too much secrecy and over classification of classified material. I avoided using ORCON (originator controlled) material ORCON controlled like some CIA documents because they were a pain in the butt and over classified) Trump’s case is about “the double standard” in our govt., law for you and me but not for the Dems like Biden, Clinton, Obama, Berger, Kerry etc.

Judge Napolitano stated that a Trump lawyer told Justice Dept. That classified material had been returned.
