Russia launches the Belgorod, the largest sub in the world. It has Poseidon nuclear torpedoes.

The K-329 Belgorod, the
world’s longest submarine recently entered Russia’s Navy. Belgorod is a monster
about 600-ft long & has an undersea displacement of nearly 24,000 tons. The
submarine is armed with a strategic, not tactical, nuclear powered and nuclear
tipped torpedoes the size of a school bus. The sub can carry six 80’ Poseidon
torpedoes. The
Poseidon’s can move at a depth of 3,300’. The torpedo travels at 111km per hour
with an unimaginable range of 5,000 km. The explosion of a Poseidon
can create a Tsunami. It can also launch unmanned submersibles.
