Russian Advance Continues
- Russian forces have reportedly destroyed
another HIMARS;
- The Pentagon has been deliberately vague
regarding HIMARS performance in briefings;
- Striking behind Russian lines may be possible
for Ukraine, but not in the quantities that Russia is capable of delivering behind
Ukrainian lines;
- Claims that Russia is deliberately striking
civilian targets is war propaganda;

The
Russians struck at the building of the garrison house of officers in the city
of Vinnitsa. At the time of the strike, there was a meeting of the command of
the Ukrainian Air Force with representatives of foreign arms suppliers. At the
meeting, they discussed the transfer to the Ukrainian military of the next
batch of aircraft, weapons of destruction and the organization of the repair of
the Ukrainian aviation fleet. As a result of the strike, the meeting
participants were killed.
An advancing army is prone to high losses and logistics strains further impacting operational efficiency. It makes perfect strategic sense for Russia to maintain advantageous cauldrons and deplete enemy forces and reinforcements and make strategic incremental gains when applicable.
Zelensky's regime had weapons dealers and high
ranking Ukrainian officers who purchase weapons meet in the city, in Ukraine no
less. Zelensky should have had them meet in Poland or any country other than in
Ukraine. Also, I am angry at the biased Western media focusing on unintended collateral damage of civilians killed in the strike, yet never mention the 14,000 civilians deliberately
killed in Eastern Ukraine by Zelensky's artillery goons.
You
nailed this so-called advanced American systems in the head. people tell me
over and over and over again how a few pieces can drastically change the
outcome of these battles. But what actually is happening is more units are
being destroyed, captured by the Russians , sold on black markets. The Americans are using this
opportunity to produce more of these systems to fuel their military industrial
complex .this is just disgusting.
The U.S. call their wars "Liberation" instead of "Invasion". That was what US called it in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia and the list goes on...yet the Russians are invading rather than liberating ethnic Russians. Why the double standard?
Russia has deployed only 15% of it's active forces in Ukraine. Not counting reserve.
Ukraine is being supplied with GMLRS M31A2
rockets with 200 lb high-explosive unitary warhead. These are not cluster munitions - but do have extensive fragmentation. These are precision guided missiles using both GFPS and inertial
navigation. 5000 rockets have been produced since 2005 with yearly production now
exceeding 9000 rockets. The latest batch is due for delivery by Sept 2023 Even if these rockets are amazingly effective, the Russians will learn how
to minimise casualties in various ways. (Countermeasures, hunting down the
launchers, hunting down the missile stocks, physical dispersion of ammo and
troops etc) They will not be a magic bullet.
I
wonder how may times the US defense department said that we are winning in
Vietnam, or any country that the US been in !
I'm a
72 year old Vietnam Veteran who saw what the US imperial empire did in Vietnam
with my own eyes. I was born in 1949 and was lied to and brainwashed by my
government since I was in the first grade. That was one reason that I
volunteered for the USMC in 1969 and why I volunteered for Vietnam in 1970. But
when you see what the US did in Vietnam, you cannot unsee it. That has been
what I have lived with my whole life. And now I'm an old man who understands
that the people who have been running the US government since I was born, are
generations of vipers, who are responsible for the deaths of millions of people
around the planet. And now the US is in a proxy war with Russia. I understand
the Russia is responsible for invading Ukraine but the US, NATO and Ukraine are
responsible for provoking Russia into invading Ukraine. I agree with you,
Brian, that the only way to end this war and stop the killing is for Ukraine to
capitulate and sue for peace with Russia. This war is so dangerous because of
the very real risk of a nuclear exchange between the US and Russia no matter if
its a miscalculation, accident or first strike. It will be a catastrophe.
Don’t you think that it’s criminal that they
are telling people how one weapon is going to win the war I was in the military
and himars is not a super weapon not even in a smaller conflict would it win
it. It’s just criminal to tell people blatant lies even to the soldiers out on
the field to make them believe they are now protected by this weapon and then
to die as cannon fodder.
Biden: "Prolong the war. No retreat, no surrender. Fight to the last man."
GAYlensky: "Got it, Boss"
Biden: "Inflict maximum losses on Russia"
GAYlensky: "Yes, Boss"
Biden : "NATO troops will be sent to Ukraine only after we see Russia capabilities substantially being diminished"
GAYlensky: "Yes, Sir. Slava Ukraini"
Putin: "I know your plans”
if Russia has all these problems and is still
kicking ass on the battle field, what dose that say about Ukraine ?
Ukrainian
Defence Ministry Statement: Russian forces struck a Ukrainian base with
missiles and destroyed a childrens nursery, a maternity hospital, an old folks
home, a puppy orphanage and a kitten sanctuary. Two and a half children and a
cute blue eyed kitten were killed.

Officers clubs are very often in the centre of the city both in Russia and Ukraine, they are usually fancy buildings where concerts might happen. The interesting part is why this one was hit and the story about a meeting there is quite interesting.
again, the US picked a loser to back, geez
I’m seeing videos on TG of Russia shooting down Himars rockets in the air. So they figured that out too.
The Vinnitsa Officers Club was a venue of a meeting between Ukrainian high-ranking airforce officers and western arms suppliers.
In France, naval officer and NCO clubs are in town centres. At least, this is the case in Brest, Lorient and Toulon.
