Putin Speaks About Terrorism and the U.S.


Putin says the facts speak for themselves, the U.S. caused the problem in Libya and the murder of the U.S. ambassador. Terrorists work as mercenaries for the group that pays the most and that is ISIS because they have oil to sell. Watch his comments below in the video.
