Putin's top general exposes U.S. or NATO providing chemical weapons to Ukraine

Top Russian general has raised fears over U.S-led West's use of chemical weapons in Ukraine. Addressing a briefing Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, Chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, said that the United States is hoping to avoid an effective probe into provocation with use of chemical weapons in Ukraine. He added that the United States has been planning chemical warfare and plans to shift blame on Russia. Watch this video for details.
