Oct 22, 2022 U.S Army has sent a division to Romania in case of further tensions between Moscow and Kyiv or an attack on a NATO member state. As per CBS News, the US Army's 101st Airborne Division is deployed just miles from Ukraine border and is ready to cross the border into the war zone if situation escalates. The U.S Army division head says that the stationing of the troops so close to the war zone is supposed to send a message to Russia that 'America is here'.
