Aug 15, 2022 America's all volunteer force is called in question with the worst recruitment numbers in years. It's not just the United States facing low retention and military recruitment. Canada and the UK are also struggling to fill roles in their armed forces. How can the department of defense fix this problem? Is it due to a tight labor market? Woke advertising campaigns? Or is it an unqualified pool of unhealthy American citizens?
