Court Update Sept. 13, 2022

 Dear fellow Christians, 

please say some prayers for Pastor David Garcia and his family. David lost his lovely wife to cancer last week.
  • Landmark suit was filed by Missouri and Louisiana State Attorneys General claiming that the Biden Administration and Big Tech held weekly and monthly calls to determine what content to censor on their platforms. Content went beyond Covid.
  • A Federal Appeals Court ruled against the Biden Administration, that physicians cannot be coerced to do abortions or gender transition procedures which violate their conscience or medical judgment.
  • Very interesting oil statistics

  • A Federal Judge ruled in favor of the Biden Administration allowing a pause to oil and gas leases in Wyoming, stating the petitioners lacked standing.
  • A Federal Judge dismissed President Trump's legal case against many persons relative to the alleged Russia hoax collusion. Questions are being asked whether there is a two-tiered justice system with double standards.
