Dear Patriot,

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) is immediately seeking college students who have been subject to the vaccine mandate and would like to protest through an upcoming lawsuit. There is no cost to join.

If you, or someone you love (son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandson, granddaughter), is a college student in the state of Louisiana, Texas, or Mississippi specifically, please FILL OUT THIS INTAKE FORM.

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) is also immediately seeking federal or private workers who have been subject to the vaccine mandate and would like to protest through an upcoming lawsuit. There is no cost to join.

If you, or someone you know (family member, friend, colleague) works in the state of Louisiana, Texas, or Mississippi specifically, please FILL OUT THIS INTAKE FORM.
