In July 2004 families of 9-11 victims filed a class action suit against Iran under the name Havlish in U.S. court. The law firm for Havlish families conducted an investigation that disclosed Iranian involvement in 9/11. Havlish legal staffers discovered a classified NSA analysis of Iran’s aid to 9/11 hijackers. It was discovered that 8 to 10 of the 9-11“muscle” hijackers made repeated trips to Iran between Oct 2000 & Feb 2001. Prior to 9-11 the hijackers flew to Iran from Saudi Arabia via Damascus and Beirut. The 9-11 hijackers were accompanied by “senior Hezbollah operatives” who were agents of Iran.

The CIAclaimed they detected some hijacker movements but did not figure out significance of the terrorist’s movements and activities. The CIA analysts claimed they saw the 9-11 hi-jackers movement as travel through Iran, not travel to Iran.
The CIA tried to get 9/11 analysis expunged from 9/11 commission report. The 9/11 commission would not touch this issue and claimed it was out time & money. Congressional intelligence committees fused to touch the Iran terrorist link
The Havlish attornies made appeals for review of original classified documents and the attorneys hired Ken Timmerman to investigate Iranian links & Ken found the following:
• 1. Iran helped design the 9/11 plot
• 2. Iran provided support, select and train hijacker operatives
• 3. Iran helped hijackers to evade U.S. & Pakistani surveillance on trips to Afghanista
• 4. The hijackers trained in Afghanistan
• 5. The hijackers swore bayat (allegiance) to UBL
• 6. The hijackers received final orders about the mission from UBL
• 7. Iranians escorted hijackers thru Iranian borders
• 8. Iranians did not stamp the hi-jackers passports
• 9. Iran evacuated hundreds top  Al Qaeda (AQ) operatives from Afghanistan to Iran after 9/11
• 10. Iran provided and continues to provide safe havens and financial support to AQ terrorists
• Currently there are 40 wanted Saudi Arabian AQ terrorists in Iran
• AQ uses Iran as an operational base for terror attacks e.g. May 03 bombings in Riyadh, S.A. and the July 2012 bombing of the Saudi Arabian intelligence center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, possibly assassinating Prince Bandar and his deputy.

 When the investigation began CIA officials panicked, some worried that their failure to act on indicators and warnings in 2000 and 2001 would come to light and ruin their reputations and post-CIA careers. CIA agents made several attempts to suborn (silence) two overseas Havlish witnesses. In Aug 2010, a CIA agent told a Havlish witness the CIA wanted to “break” the Havlish lawsuit against Iran. The CIA considered witness’s testimony crucial to lawsuit’s success. A CIA Agent asked the same witness to recant his testimony and the CIA official promised to provide witness with fresh passports for himself / family & new identities, a job and a 2 year salary guarantee.
Dec 2010 CIA official showed another witness documents that were copied & stolen from the Havlish law firm. Stolen Havlish documents included internal memos, powerpoints, and excerpts from videotaped testimony from a witness. None of the documents were public nor did witnesses own them. Also a CIA agent took a witness to a U.S. embassy & interrogated him for 5 hours. A CIA agent asked another witness to  retract his testimony & offered him a substantial monetary payment.
The Havlish law firm was very oncerned for the security threat to witnesses. Timmerman reported tampering to Congressional oversight committee & incidents ceased.
In summary, the Shiite thugocracy in Iran will cooperate with Sunni extremists. The old adage in the Middle East applies - “An enemy of my enemy is my friend.”
Since 2003 U.S. military & intelligence agencies have found Iran providing weapons, money & military training to Mahdi Militia in Iraq, AQ, the Taliban, Hezbollah, Hamas & other insurgent groups.
The U.S. Treasury found that Iran is arming and training AQ & the Taliban. Recently, the U.S. Treasury designated a group of AQ financiers as terrorist sponsors operating from Iran.
What is the U.S. going to do with the informationt? I WOULD SAY NOTHING BUT I PRAY THAT THE 9-11 FAMILIES WIN THEIR LAWSUIT AND THE TRUTH CONCERNING IRAN ACTIVITIES IN 9-11 AND THE CIA COVER-UP COMES TO LIGHT!
