The Reason For Chemtrails Watchman Report 14-4

The Trenches News reported on January 4, 2014 that chemtrails are designed a shield protecting ground targets from an enemies' energy based weapons!  "These perturbations allow for the immediate and lasting ability to create localized fog or stratus cloud formations shielding critical assets against attack from energy based weapons. Quoted from the paper - Operational  Defenses through Weather Control in 2030"

In the speech Cohen said, "Others (enemy scientists) are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves."

What is an "Energy Based Weapon"? It is a weapon's system which emits a powerful energy in a specifically aimed direction without the means of a projectile.

 

Russia wields the most powerful electromagnetic weapons system, called "Scalar Waves". America has a similar system that is much weaker, called"HAARP". Since America needs to gain some degree of protection from Russia's Scalar Electromagnetic Weapons System, she seems to be employing both chemtrails to blind the enemies' targeting AND "HAARP" Electromagnetic System to try to erect a shield over the target.

Remember, also, that both "Scalar" and "HAARP" control weather systems also, just like Defense Secretary Cohen warned.

Now that you know that chemtrails are being sprayed as a means by which to blind the targeting of individual American installations, the big question is whether they contain chemicals dangerous to our health. Many studies over the past years have indicated that they are dangerous to our health, but we can expect our government to refuse to address this sensitive issue. But at least our questions as to why we are seeing chemtrails has been answered!
