Colonel Douglas Macgregor On Alleged Russian War Crimes In Bucha, Ukraine

What the colonel is saying makes sense. The Russians left, but just before leaving, they decided to kill a lot of civilians, then left the bodies lying around just to be accused of war crimes, that doesn't make sense. Why would they do that?
