Amid Russia and U.S faceoff continues over alleged biological weapons, India has called for restraint to both parties. Speaking at a session in UNSC, India's deputy permanent representative to the UN, R Ravindra has demanded ban on biological weapons. He called upon nations to ensure the implementation of Biological and Toxin weapons convention. Meanwhile, Russia in its renewed attack presented documents of U.S funding to Ukraine labs at UN.
