are you going to do something or just sit on the sidelines and watch America go

you decide to do something, what? Your voice needs to be heard but as a single
voice, how effective will you be?

is it you want to voice?

want a smaller federal government.

want the federal government to follow the Constitution as written so that
each branch stays within its enumerated powers.
- I
want the federal government to only spend money on things it is authorized
to.
- I
want the federal government to uphold the rule of law.
- I
want the federal government to prosecute people who violate these laws, no
matter what their last name is or who they are related to.
- I
want the federal government to enforce the immigration laws and remove
those who are here illegally. If they want to come here they need to do it
through legal channels.
- I
want the federal government OUT of healthcare.
- I
want the federal government to stop sending our armed forces into harms
way without a declaration of war from congress.
- I
want the federal government to bring our soldiers, sailors and Marines
home.
There
are other things I want, but these will make a good start!
How
can I make an impact, get senators and house reps to listen to me? (At both the
State and federal level)
Maybe
it is time for the re-emergence of the TEA Party movement?
Remember
the tax day rally held at Fountain Square in 2009?
Do
you remember the Voice Of America rally
held in Butler county in September of 2009 with a crowd Sheriff Jones estimated
at over 18,000?
Do
you remember in the election of 2010, because of the TEA Party, the republicans
gained 63 seats in the
house of representatives and five seats
in the senate?
Do
you remember the Ohio Healthcare Freedom Amendment, an amendment to the Ohio Constitution by people's
referendum? We not only got the required signatures (over 500,000), to get the
amendment on the ballot in 2011, the amendment passed with over 66% of the
vote!
Did
you know that back in October of 2013, according to a Rasmussen poll, 130,000,000 Americans identified
with the TEA Party
movement?
You
know that old saying, "There is strength in numbers"?
It's
true.
Its
also true that the progressives on the left will vilify a new TEA Party movement and anyone
associated with it.
