In reference to the Shemitah, the worst of the
worst usually happens at the end of the Shemitah year, not at the beginning. The
last day of the year, Elul 29 on the Hebrew calendar, which will occur on Sept.
13, 2015 and is the most dreaded day.
And it is very interesting to note that there will also be a solar eclipse on September 13th, 2015. Over the past century, there have only been two other times when a solar eclipse has corresponded with the end of a Shemitah year. A Christian woman, Christine Weick,
took over the podium at the 11th annual Texas Muslim Capitol Day event on
