OPERATION LOCK STEP

Submitted by Dave Hodges. At the onset of the Covid 19 outbreak, I received information about something called Operation Lockstep. I was told by one deep-cover-insider that this plot was developed approximately two years prior to the outbreak of Covid 19. This plot against humanity also goes by other aliases. The policies and proceedures, summarized below, are in the process of being codified into law by Congress or placed into formal existence through Executive Order.

After receiving this information, for a second time, last May, from an officer based at the Pentagon, I decided to take this seriously. In the past 14 months, I have watched the unveiling of this plot and have witnessed a progressive step-by-step manner.

In the past week, I have received four notifications of this plot from private sources. The lid is coming off the cover-up. However, the plot is near completion and is only experiencing minor pushback in America and around the world.

The original documents are heavily laden with copyright warnings. Therefore, for the purposes of this article, I decided to play it safe and paraphrase the components of this plot.

Operation Lockstep

There are three phases associated with the subjugation of humanity through the use of globally applied medical-martial-law.

Phase 1: The common cold/flu, or ailments with minor symptomology is used to lockdown a nation. A flawed testing system will be utilized to greatly embellish the threat. Mass media will be used in order to play on the fears of the public in order to gain compliance.

In the case of Covid case numbers there will be a variety of means to inflate the Covid count and these include the following steps:

1. Double-counting

2. Classifying as many deaths as possible as possible as Covid. Covid will often be accompanied by co-morbidity and this makes manipulating the case numbers much more attainable.

3. Changing death certificates.

4. Pay local health entities for all Covid diagnosis and remit federal payment at a much higher rate for reporting Covid deaths.

5. Use non-validated testing to increase the false positive Covid case numbers.

6. The death curve must be greatly exaggerated. The use of contraindicated medical practices can be brought to bear for this purpose. The approach must be institutuinalized in nature (e.g., critical care units, nursing homes, etc.)

Public compliance will be obtained through a partnership with social media companies which will act as defacto agents of the government who will subsequently enforce strict censorship policies designed to completely control the narrative.

Public resistance will be disallowed. Lockdowns will be implemented and public protesting will be strictly prohibited.

Phase 2: The culmination of the first phase will lead to the enhancement of failed immune systems through a lack of food, wearing masks which will compromise immune system functioning. Specific exposure to Vitamin D must be limited and this includes through the discouragement of the use of supplements and habitual exposure to sunlight. Introduction of artificial foods must be introduced in order to further compromise immune systems. Food shortages must be engineered to ensure the control of the population's diet.

Repetitive lockdowns must become an absolute staple of life.

Exposure to 5G radiation will greatly impair immune system functionng.When people reappear in society, in between mandated lockdowns, immune system depletion will make subjects more likely to fall ill. Covid 19 will provide a convenient excuse for the greater rates of illness and mortality that will follow. This will further perpetuate the need for ever-increasing lockdowns.

Vaccine compliance will become the dominant theme. If society is generally not compliant with taking the vaccines, longer lockdowns must be initiated until everyone takes the vaccine.

At this point, all media must be controlled. All social media will ban the accounts of any sign resistance to the vaccine. Text messages must be filtered. Cell phone communications will be censored through the introduction of identifiable key words. Any Covid 19 treatment, exclusive of vaccines, must be strictly prohibited. The assets and resources of our colleagues at the CDC and FDA must be brought to bearatthis point.

Phase 3: Weaponzied SARS/HIV/MERS/EBOLA SYMPTOMOLOGY will be introduced to the general population if there is a general resistence to the vaccine. Death curves will dramatically spike.

A "Return to normality" will become the dominant theme in order to crush any organized resistance. Vaccine resisters will be demonized by public officials. A public shaming program will be introduced in order to marginalize any formal resistance to the vaccines. Those that have taken the vaccine will be in a state of war with those who have not been fully vaccinated.

Conclusion

I made a checklist prior to publication, and there is nothing present here in this summary of action that has not been acted upon.

As one might assume, concentration camps are a part of this plot which should make it obvious why I have donated so much time to the topic in recent weeks. This is only the first part for which there is massive amounts of policies that have yet to be implemented. Stay tuned for more on this plot to completely subjugate America.

In an interview with CNBC, Fink said there have been important “fundamental” and “foundational” changes around the way policymakers view inflation. A decades-long emphasis on keeping prices low for consumers has been supplanted by concerns about wage levels and jobs.

BOISE, ID – Idaho Governor Brad Little said that the state is sending Idaho State Police down to Arizona to help with the border crisis.

The governor said that the troopers will act as “force multipliers” with the Arizona State Police. He said, “Meth and fentanyl are the most serious and growing drug threats in Idaho and there is a direct tie to the border in Mexico.”

The five Idaho troopers were sent down to Arizona near the border on July 1 for a 21-day trip. At the time Governor Little said, “The crisis at the United States-Mexico border and the alarming bump in illegal drug activity are direct results of failed policies of the Biden-Harris administration that harm the people of Idaho.”

Little had indicated that the drugs start south of the border, then move up through California and Oregon over to Idaho.

In addition to helping the Arizona police with drug interdiction and illegal immigration, the troopers will also be receiving information and training on new methods and technologies for reducing drugs in Idaho.

Officers all across the state of Idaho have been reporting the extreme uptick in crimes tracing back to drugs, and the use specifically of fentanyl. Reports have found that most fentanyl and methamphetamine in the US is imported from Mexico.

Captain John Kempf with the Idaho State Police in Coeur d’Alene said that fentanyl is popular because it’s low cost and easy to produce and smuggle. He said, “It’s very, very potent per gram, it is much more potent than black tar heroin was or is, and you essentially get more bang for your buck when you’re talking about addicts.”

Twin Fall chief of police, Craig Kingsbury, said, “Fentanyl is truly taking over our state with some really negative consequences.”

“I was talking to a rancher last week that has property along the border,” Little said, “and they said a vast majority of people coming across … are there for one reason, and that’s smuggling fentanyl and meth.” Weak border security has made the problem much worse in recent months, according to Little.

Just about everything wrong with critical race theory and the badly misnamed “anti-racism” movement is summarized in one lawsuit filed late last month against the public school system of Evanston, Illinois.

It is no overstatement to say the school system’s practices are vile.

Not only does the suit, along with findings by the Department of Education, detail CRT’s usual litany of racially divisive indoctrination activities, but it also confirms that school officials use the “fighting racism” excuse as cover for teaching that individualism and meritocracy are oppressive, that the ideal of “equality” and even the nuclear family itself are both racist, and that true anti-racists will question “the very foundations of the liberal order, including equality theory, legal reasoning, Enlightenment rationalism, and principles of constitutional law.”

In sum, this claptrap isn’t designed to combat racism at all, at least not as that idea is traditionally understood. Instead, it is intended to indoctrinate teachers and students in service of an internal revolution against the entire edifice of Western society. Parents Sue City Of Washington D.C. For Vaccinating Minors Without Parental Consent

A recent District of Columbia law, the D.C. Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2020, allows kids aged 11 and up to get any vaccine recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), including COVID shots, without parental consent or knowledge. Now, parents are fighting back.

The bill passed the D.C. Council on a 10-3 vote last November, and was signed into law by Mayor Muriel Bowser in December. It went into effect on March 19, 2021. On Monday, the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and the Parental Rights Foundation filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for D.C., seeking a court order to rule the law unconstitutional.

The plaintiffs are four parents who have minor children attending public school in D.C. and want a preliminary injunction to prohibit Bowser, the D.C. Department of Health, and the D.C. Public School System from enforcing the act.

“The D.C. Act is an unconscionable intrusion on the rights and liberty of parents and children,” said CHD president and general counsel Mary Holland. “As the Supreme Court held, ‘The liberty interest at issue in this case — the interest of parents in the care, custody, and control of their children — is perhaps the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests recognized by this Court.’”

According to CHD, “The D.C. Act contains several provisions designed to deceive parents and hide that the child has been vaccinated against parental judgment, authority or religious convictions.” If a minor has a religious exemption from vaccines or has opted out of the HPV vaccine based on documents filed by parents, the act mandates that the health care provider should leave those parts of the student’s immunization record “blank.”

The act requires health care personnel to provide accurate immunization records to the Department of Health and to the student’s school, but not to parents. It also has subsections giving health care personnel the authority to “seek reimbursement, without parental consent, directly from the insurer,” adding that “insurers shall not send an Explanation of Benefits for services provided.”

Essentially, the law permits an eleven-year-old to override his or her parents’ written directive that they don’t want their child vaccinated, and then the child’s school will falsify and withhold vaccine records from the parents. Moreover, the health care providers who vaccinate children against parental wishes will be paid by the parents’ health insurance company, but the parents will receive no documentation of this.

In 1986, Congress enacted the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (“Vaccine Act”) in response to a growing number of lawsuits alleging vaccine injuries. The Vaccine Act and the subsequent Supreme Court decision Bruesewitz v. Wyeth protects vaccine manufacturers from all liability because vaccine injury is “unavoidable.” Those injured by vaccines are required to seek compensation from the government National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, which has paid over $4.5 billion in compensation to the families of those injured or killed by vaccines.

In order to minimize injury and save money, the Vaccine Act requires that parents are provided with Vaccine Information Statements, vaccine records, and directions for reporting vaccine adverse events to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
