BOTTOM LINE, THE NUMBERS IN WISCONSIN MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AND ARE RIGGED and 79% IS STRANGLEY THE NUMBER BIDEN NEEDS IN PA . Despite chicanery Trump can win
