In Genesis 6:4 God talks about the "giants", "men of renown" or "the mighty men";

 The govt. and UN will lie to people about these codes for satanic reasons to usher in the anti-christ. The Luciferians want to open demonic portals like the "hypogeum" in Malta in order to usher in satan's "golden age". The Luciferians want to regain the lost power of the "watchers" or "Fallen ones". God strictly forbids doing this. 

 God in Revelation 9 tells us: The giants "the old ones and mighty men" will be released from the  abyss to torment human beings.
