of the world, especially China and India reduce their coal-fired power plants
as well.
The whole “global warming” and “climate change” gambits by Democrats are to

Mike DeWine of Ohio is relaunching his attacks on our firearm freedoms, and we
have to act quickly if we are going to stop it!

While gun owners across Ohio have been
fighting tooth and nail to stop the massive attacks on our gun rights coming
out of Washington DC and the Biden Administration, Governor DeWine has been
carefully crafting a brand-new attack on our freedoms here at home.
Last General Assembly, DeWine used the blood of the
innocent dead in the August 4, 2019 Dayton killings to try to pass Senate Bill
221, which was Red Flags gun confiscation and Universal Gun Registration.
Ohio Gun Owners immediately went to work mobilizing our
grassroots army from all across Ohio and totally blocked that bill from
passing.
Governor DeWine was totally humiliated in front of his
gun-grabbing friends at Bloomberg’s gun-control organizations, and now he is
back with a brand new scheme to try to pass his gun-control.
This time, instead of having one of his
gun-grabber buddies in the legislature introduce his bill, DeWine is trying to
sneak it through the legislature by burying it in the over two THOUSAND page
state budget bill, HB110.
Here is how DeWine is trying to do it.
Current Ohio law specifically, DeWine is trying to pass a
de facto Red Flags gun confiscation bill by doing an end-run around Ohio
Revised Code section 2923.13, which is Ohio’s current statute for who is
prohibited from owning firearms, and jumping straight to adding warrants
right into Joe Biden’s NCIC prohibited persons database.
This would result in people having their Right to Keep
and Bear Arms taken away from them without ever being charged, tried or
convicted of a crime – which is nearly identical to his beloved “Red Flags Gun
Confiscation Orders” proposals from past years.
You
and I both know why he is trying to disguise his gun-control and bury it in a
two-thousand page budget bill, too.
The fact is, he knows his radicalized,
Democrat-backed agenda can never pass as a standalone bill because it would be
torn to shreds by the voting public.
But by trying to bury it in the state operating budget,
DeWine is counting on the politicians in Columbus and grassroots activists all
across Ohio to be too confused to find it or too distracted to worry about it.
But we learned long ago that DeWine is a
committed gun-grabber at heart, and now we have to FIGHT BACK HARD!
