Watchman comment: I took a long time to consider and research the evidence of alleged war crimes by Hamas' soldiers during the Oct. 7th attack. From my personal experience when you are focused on the military mission, as I was sometimes, a soldier doesn't have time to torture and rape innocent civilians, you are to busy fighting and focused on the military objective. The mission of Hamas was to attack Israel militarily and capture hostages and take them back to Gaza, not to torture and kill Israelis. Think about it, Hamas wants its people, who are held in Israeli prisons, exchanged for Israeli hostages.
I think the number of Israelis who were killed by "friendly fire" on Oct. 7th is extremely high and we will never know the true figures.
I can only conclude as a professional Middle East intelligence analyst that the documentary "Screams Before Silence" is Israeli war propaganda full of lies.
The same kind of propaganda was used by sides in WW1 and WW2, e.g. the alleged rapes of Belgian women and bayoneting of Belgian children in WW1 and the sinking of the Lusitania that was transporting war materials to Great Britain. The Japanese convinced their people in WW2 that U.S. Marines were barbaric savages nd animals. Hence, such war time propaganda never changes.
"Screams Before Silence" is in my professional intelligence opinion clearly Israeli war time propaganda whose purpose is to sway foreign audiences to Israel's side of the Gaza conflict.

It seems to the Watchman that Netanyahu and his war time cabinet are doing everything they can to destroy what's left of Israel's good reputation. What a pity and shame because ultimately this will not bode well for Israel.
