With the intention of taking our 9/11
investigations to a higher level the Lawyers Committee for 9/11 Inquiry has
just delivered a battery of Freedom of Information Actions (FOIAs) to the
Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
5 U.S.Code. 552 is a law that gives citizens transparency into government
actions. This Law requires the full or partial disclosure of previously
unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States
government upon citizen request. Six specifically targeted Freedom of
Information Actions have been sent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Lawyers' Committee has an historic
mission. After 9/11 the United States Government failed to properly
investigate the horrible crimes that were committed. As a result, the
real culprits and masterminds have flourished behind the curtain and in the
shadows. Some however, may even be in plain view. The Lawyers'
Committee is dedicated to investigating the worst assault in our Nation's
history, the crimes of 9/11, developing Grand Jury, and Congressional
Petitions that will lead to further investigations, indictments and
convictions of the culprits and litigation where necessary. We are presently responding to two negative
federal court rulings. One ruling in Washington D.C. concerned the 9/11
Review Commission where the FBI failed to evaluate and report to Congress on
seven areas of 9/11 evidence which was never assessed by the original
9/11 Commission. In this case our Appellate Court Appeal was denied. However,
the Lawyers' Committee is preparing a petition of certiorari to the United
States Supreme Court. In NYC, the Southern District, Manhattan, the
United States Attorney has failed, to our knowledge, to present to a Grand
Jury the controlled demolition evidence given to him by the Lawyers'
Committee showing that explosions were used to destroy the World Trade Center
Towers. The courts ruling denying plaintiffs claims is being appealed. In
both cases the issue of standing has been used by the government and the
courts to deny the Lawyers' Committee's efforts to secure the truth. It is hard to believe that co-plaintiffs
Bob Mcilvaine who lost his son, Diana Hetzel who lost her husband, a NYC fire
fighter, Jeane Evans who lost her brother, a NYC fire fighter, and NYC Hazmat
Fire Chief Michael J. O' Kelly who suffered permanent lung damage working on
the contaminated piles along with Fire Commissioner Christopher Gioia,
Richard Gage, Architects and Engineers and the Lawyers' Committee would not have
standing either under Federal Mandamus Law or the First Amendment of the
United States Constitution Right to Petition Government. In order to conduct this FOIA campaign to
recover important documents and continue our investigations we need your

On April 15, "Illegitimate" Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.
The Biden administration
unilaterally makes the determination and requires neither criminal acts nor
intent. The punishment is blocking assets and a prohibition on any dealing with
the accused person. Spouses and adult children of
individuals found guilty by accusation under this EO are punished, too.
The EO was preceded by some
distracting maneuvers, both diplomatic (hostile rhetoric toward Russia) and
military (sending naval ships toward the Black Sea and recalling them back, as
if dealing with Russian threats). Thus, many people assumed that the EO was directed
at Russia, and completely missed the fact that it is directed at dissent here,

A coalition of black community leaders and business owners called out former
Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams during a press conference
Tuesday for promoting misinformation about Georgia’s election law that led to
boycotts of the state.
The press conference, hosted by the Black Americans for a Better Future
Education Fund and the Georgia Black Republican Council, aimed to remind
corporate leaders opposed to Georgia’s election law that the black
community is not a political monolith and Abrams does not represent the
views of all black people.
“Stacey
Abrams doesn’t speak for the black community; she speaks for the white
liberals who bankroll her political ambitions,” said Raynard
Jackson, chairman of the Black Americans for a Better Future Education Fund.
“Stacey Abrams doesn’t actually care about making it easier for black
people to vote; she only cares about making it easier for Democrats to vote.”
Participants
said Abrams and other prominent Democrats, including President Joe
Biden, promoted false claims about provisions of the state’s
Election Integrity Act such as voter ID requirements and early voting rules.
Democrats and Atlanta-based companies like Delta Airlines and Coca-Cola
also compared the election law to Jim Crow, arguing it would
disenfranchise racial minorities and amounted to voter suppression.
“Frankly, it’s insulting that corporate leaders were so willing to go along
with her narrative of black helplessness, and it’s patronizing that they
thought they were advancing the interest of black voters by opposing this
common-sense effort to ensure free and fair elections for all Georgians,”
said Lisa Babbage of the Georgia Black Republican Council.
