The attitude of the law enforcement officials in Chicago is horrible.
Imagine if white people or white policemen did this to a black or hispanic special needs person, the outrage by the "lame srtream"media would have been hysterical and we would never hear the end of it. This is why Lady Justice must be blind because everyone is equal under the rule of law.
