The Watchman On The Wall

The Watchman On The Wall
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Verse 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Grassroot Bulletin

Once again we have reinforced a rogue state's behavior. Kim Jong-il is a war criminal and a thug. (See previous articles on N. Korea) When will we learn that we cannot reinforce the aggressive behavior of thugs. Once again we bolstered Kim's position internally and gave him center stage to the world audience. He got what he wanted, he humbled the United States of America. We cannot trust anything people like Kim say. We should have learned from two incidents at Munich (Hitler & Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine). Screw petty terrorist dictators. I would have snatched four of his diplomats somewhere in Asia or Europe in return.

We had to give up something to get these people back. One simply does not jump on a jet and fly to Pyonyang to talk to Kim. School girl Hillary probably told Kim he could limit his nuclear arsenal to five weapons if he did not export them to Iran or some other hell hole or use them to attack Japan.

Another stooge of the communists, former President Carter, negotiated with N. Koreans in the 1990s and they lied to him and did not keep their word on developing nukes. One cannot trust an atheistic communist who has no values except holding on to brutal power. Kim executes people for possessing Bibles. One of his favorite torture techniques is to pour molten metal on the victim's head.

Yes, if it were my daughter I would want her returned home safely; however, my daughter and sons and probably yours would not do such a damn dumb thing! I wonder if these girls would have been released if they were members of the Tea Party?

Americans need to understand there are very dangerous places in the world where Americans are not welcomed or liked. Columbia and Mexico are neat and possess tremendous cultures but there are parts of those countries I would not go to alone. The Secretary of State needs to make a public statement stating if someone is arrested in Iran, N. Korea, Cuba etc. we cannot help you. Every American should watch the program Locked Up Abroad to see what happens to stupid and in some cases innocent Americans abroad. U.S. diplomatic state craft should not be held hostage by stupidity! We will probably never hear what happened to the retired FBI agent who disappeared on an Iranian island.

Oh, by the way, I will not writing my blog for the next two weeks I am going kayaking and bicycling in Waziristan. I hear the Hindu Kush mountains are beautiful this time of year.

As a side note someone told these two reporters worked for Al Gore. It seems like N. Korea is a long way from global warming and inventing the Internet.

Now what will we give Iran for 3 stupid hikers?
