Military Getting Screwed Again

Deployed military personnel are worried once again that they may not be getting their absentee ballots in time to cast their vote and return the ballots in time to be counted. 
Bill Still just got in a letter from Jane Smith (name changed to protect the innocent). She was just informed by her husband who is deployed overseas that they have not yet received their absentee ballots again this year.
