General Dunford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. On Brink of War With Russia

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dunford says the U.S. is on the brink of war with Russia and Syria. Speaking to the Senate Armed Services Committee following the recent atrocities by airstrikes that occurred in Syria over the past week, Defense Secretary Ash Carter and General Joseph Dunford, above, discussed a no-fly zone that Dunford believes would cause a war with Syria and Russia.
