If I understand the law correctly, gross negligence does not require intent; for example, let's say I am drunk railroad engineer and I derail my train and kill people, however in court I tell the judge and jury it was not my intent to hurt anyone. How far would you or I get with that argument? Crooked Hillary was grossly negligent, she harmed U.S. national security.
Furthermore, Comey lied about hacking, Guccifer said weeks ago he hacked Hillary's email server and he said it was easy. Julian Assange via Wikileaks also has leaked crooked Hillary's emails.
I knew when Comey gave the FBI press conference about the terrorism in Orlando that he was a political hack.
I am a retired federal agent and I feel sorry for the FBI agents who toiled endless hours in this matter only to see their work mean nothing.
America has just slid down a slippery slope to untold judicial and political corruption. At some point our corruption will resemble Mexico's corruption. God help our Republic! In a sense Hillary is right except, this is a vast left wing, international crime syndicate conspiracy.
