Presidential Candidate Sues "Lyin Ted"!

A primary ballot disqualification hearing has been scheduled by the New Jersey Secretary of State, Kim Guadagno, for 9 am Monday morning in Mercerville, New Jersey.
The hearing has been called as a result of charges brought by Washington D.C. Law Professor, Victor Williams’, that claims that Ted Cruz fraudulently certified his constitutional eligibility for office to gain ballot access.
Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots:
“Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a ‘natural born’ American citizen.”
Cruz has not been able to prove his American citizenship and has sealed all records pertaining to his citizenship status.
Rather than accepting Cruz’s ballot petition when filed last week, Secretary of State Guadagno scheduled an Administrative Law hearing to make the Canadian-born Cruz prove that he did not falsely certify his eligibility for office.
Cruz’s ballot eligibility is also being challenged in Maryland, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, California, Montana, and South Dakota.Attorney Victor Williams is a registered presidential candidate as a write in in several states and write-in candidates are considered “genuine opposition” regardless of actual chances or support.
