Isaiah 65:1-2 is God's declaration that He was readily available and sought after by those who did not even ask for Him, and was found by those who did not look for Him. He (Yeshua) extended His hands all day (on the cross) to a rebellious people who walked in paths contrary to His will, following their own evil desires and schemes.
