The U.S., in my  opinion, mistakenly withdrew from the Nuclear Force Agreement with Russia in 2019 and consequently allowed Russia to develop this new, unstoppable tehnology.  

 

The U.S. plans to place hypersonic missiles in Germany in 2026 but we do not have hypersonic missiles now.
