RFK Jr. Update, Trump and FISA April 21, 2024

On the historic night of April 18, 1775 Paul Revere famously rode to Lexington to warn the Patriots of the British troops headed their way.

And Revere’s ride gave the Minutemen and militias time to prepare for and win the battles of Lexington and Concord the following day.

The Shot Heard Around the World gave birth to a Revolution of self-government and a brand new Constitution enshrined in liberty.

This historic date in U.S. history served as inspiration for the launch of RFK Jr.’s campaign for President of the United States 248 years later.

No less revolutionary than his forefathers, RFK Jr. is calling for a new American Revolution—a new Declaration of Independence to break free of the broken two party system and the corporate corruption of our government.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will pursue new policies in the best interests of the American people.

RFK Jr. will serve “We The People,” not, “We The Corporations,”

RFK Jr. will serve the people first, and prioritize the Middle and Working Class, and,

RFK Jr. will recover the American Dream for millions reeling from high inflation, chronic disease, and forever wars.

As Team Kennedy has traveled the country speaking to everyday Americans, it's clear one of the biggest challenges we face is: the skyrocketing price of groceries.

Prices have surged since Biden took office for essentials like milk, eggs, and even toilet paper, significantly affecting family budgets across America.

Butter is up from $3.58 to $4.75

12 Eggs up from $2.36 to $3.54

Milk up from $2.73 to $3.25

Peanut butter up $3.48 to $4.52

Toilet paper up from $7.08 to $9.75

Our leaders have failed to acknowledge and tackle the severe impact of inflation. And President Biden’s team has tried to spin the data to claim that prices are going down!

It is evident that the excessive spending on prolonged military engagements has not only strained our resources but has also failed to enhance our national security. These decisions have serious implications, pushing our economy to the brink and potentially setting the stage for larger conflicts.

President Biden should be telling Americans that their anger is right and justified. He should be acknowledging that everything is so expensive because of the trillions we spent on forever wars. Wars that made us unsafe. Wars that threaten to escalate to catastrophic levels.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s bold agenda champions policies that expand the Middle Class, raise the Working Class, and help those who need it the most.

This agenda is why RFK Jr. is leading among all voters under 35 and leading among independent voters, who now make up over 52% of all registered voters! A majority of voters don't want either President Biden or Donald Trump in the White House, because they know it's time for a change.

Together, let's strive for a future in which fiscal sanity prevails and our children inherit a safe, prosperous, and just nation.

The right to privacy was a core principle of our Founding Fathers, and shadowy surveillance programs should not be monitoring Americans without a warrant!

But this is exactly what’s happening under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)which was just extended two years with the support of both parties.

Enacted after 9/11, the law allows alphabet intelligence agencies—the FBI, CIA, and NSA—to collect phone calls, texts, emails, and other communications from non-Americans outside of the United States.

Unfortunately, despite clear mandates, intelligence agencies are still conducting backdoor searches to review communications from Americans, in clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

Hundreds of thousands of violations have been documented with little or no recourse.

Former President Donald Trump was apparently lobbying on his social media platform to end FISA. But the truth is, Trump shamefully reauthorized the program during his administration.
