Chemically
nucleated “snow” events are wreaking havoc on forests, ecosystems and human
infrastructure. Chemical ice nucleation cloud seeding processes are a
primary component of the ongoing and expanding global climate engineering
operations. The numerous forms of frozen material have characteristics
that are very different from anything a naturally occurring weather scenario

this material to stick to whatever it comes in contact with, "ice
