The following information is from a “highly placed” source who has reported reliably in the past. The source is a "polymath" who has used “analytic tools”. The source is living on the run, underground, because the source’s life is in danger. The cabal has attempted to assassinate the source.
The U.S. Child and Fetanyl Trafficking network has governmental links with a national system of safe houses called “trap houses”.
One part of the network or cabal operates in North Dakota, possibly centered in Belfield, North Dakota and appears to be directed by Governor Doug Burgum and the Secretary of State Michael Howe.
The N. Dakota “trap houses are owned by ABSB Holdings LLC with an address of 30234 West Shelia Ln. Buckeye, Arizona 85376 (used by Barney/Brian B.). It apparently is a phony manufacturing and distribution entity. ABSB was allegedly dissolved on May 19, 2016 but apparently is still active. It is owned by a trafficking cartel that has been in existence for 28 years. It has a foreign LLC reference going back to 1951.

government officials. He allegedly banks through Choice Bank of North Dakota. Source

There are also "trap houses" in Louisiana and Indiana.
It is estimated that this part of the trafficking cartel generates $33.2 Billion in revenue fraudulently!
