Russian President Vladimir Putin showed documentary proof for the first time of how Ukraine backtracked from the peace deal in March 2022. During a meeting with a group of African leaders in St. Petersburg, Putin said that Moscow and Kyiv agreed on the general terms of Ukraine’s neutrality and security guarantees during the peace negotiations last year, but  JBoy and Kyiv then abruptly discarded the documents its delegation had already signed.
