There were helicopters flying around the Towers, but none attempted to rescue Edna Cintron, photo above, and others. Reportedly, there were people on the roof of the towers. Makes you wonder. No innocent person could have known beforehand that the Towers would turn to dust in short order. The fires were almost out (per radio com from fire chief inside Tower)
