Watchman Report March 21, 2022 " BIO-WEAPONS AND HOW THEY AFFECT YOU"

 

This report is of vital importance to you because it shows that not just China has been involved

in bio-weapons but the USA in a big way, yet the USA denies any connection to the design and
manufacturing of bio-weapons. First let us look at the primary characteristics of a bio-weapon and
categories of bio-weapons and what makes a virus or bacteria become a bio-weapon.
1 The most insidious type of bio-weapons:
1.1 The basic characteristics:
1.1.1 They have a silent incubation period during which they are fully
communicable and spread person to person.
1.1.2 They start with relatively minor symptoms and end up with deadly terminal
symptoms.
1.1.3 They have a wide range of ways they can be transmitted:
1.1.3.1 In body fluids
1.1.3.2 In the air
1.1.3.3 In water
1.1.3.4 On surfaces
1.1.3.5 Via alternate hosts like insects
1.1.4 They have an RO (Rate of infection) greater than 1 (meaning 1 person is
fully capable to infect more than 1 other person.)
1.1.5 There is no known cure. (PLEASE NOTE: ALL THE EXPERIMENTAL
COVID SHOTS HAVE NOT PROVEN THEY CAN PREVENT INFECTION OR
CURE INFECTION OR PREVENT A SECOND CASE OF THE VIRUS IN A

1.2 Examples of currently known and released bio-weapons and startling facts:

contracted the virus and the lady was in the silent incubation period.

AIDS (which lets the viruses disable the bodies own white blood cell warriors which
normally attack invading illnesses (bacteria or virus) ) and combine that with the “kill shot”

meaning the part of the virus which poisons the body and kills it.

 

1.3.1 AIDS + Wuhan 2019. This is COVID 19 on steroids so to speak and it is the aids
part of the virus which shuts down the body’s defense system. This virus comes from the
Wuhan lab in China.
1.3.2 AIDS +Ebola 2. This is Ebola 1 on steroids so to speak and it is the aids part of
the virus which shuts down the body’s defense system so that the body is unable to fight
the virus.
1.4 Examples of upcoming bio-weapons which there are whispers about from different labs
in the Ukraine.
1.4.1 Haploid group specific Aids + Ebola. This virus is a race specific or group
specific virus and it only infects people with the matching genetic markers in their
DNA.

Now that you had a fast introduction to some characteristics of bio-weapons and some actual

1.4 NORTH KOREA Currently North Korea has 2 labs biosecurity level 4
1.5 UK – Currently the UK has 3 biosecurity level 4 labs
1.6 Ukraine (for themselves and the USA 36 we know of and there may be more.
1.7 Soviet Union – before the Soviet Union collapsed they had an intense bioweapons
program. At the time of the collapse containers which held 12,000 gallons of a modified
very active small pox in a form that was stable for storage but also ready to be used as an
aerosol spray from a plane or from an ICBM

What would you find in a well equipped lab:
1 Rooms with lower air pressure than the outside air so that any leaks would not cause the
pathogens to escape into the normal air outside
2 The working boxes have lower air pressure than the lab itself so that any pathogens are confined
to the working boxes.
3 Double air lock entry and exit.
4 Safe room for cleaning the protective suits and also the shower room for cleanup
5 24 hours 7 days a week cctv and live guard monitoring of the lab area.
6 All the normal things you find in a biology lab
7 a crisper system to cut and splice genes
8 an MRI system to check progress at the cell level in the host or in the colony
