When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,”  this is false/ mistaken:  EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1]   It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.

We Have a Literal Catastrophe - Antibody Dependent Enhancement DETECTED with COVID-19

This is the absolute worst-case scenario with any vaccine.  People who took the vax should be quarantined and isolated immediately.

The "Journal of Infection" is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal in the field of infectious disease, covering microbiology, epidemiology and clinical practice. Established in 1979, the journal was initially published quarterly by Academic Press. The first editor was Hillas Smith.  

The Journal is the cutting-edge of information for Doctors specializing in Infectious Diseases.  It is considered a "must read" each month by Infectious Disease Specialists.

On August 9, The Journal of Infection published a peer-reviewed study titled:

Infection-enhancing anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies recognize both the original Wuhan/D614G strain and Delta variants. A potential risk for mass vaccination

This study revealed the terrifying news to the world:

Antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) of infection is a safety concern for vaccine strategies. In a recent publication, Li et al. (Cell 184 :1-17, 2021) have reported that infection-enhancing antibodies directed against the N-terminal domain (NTD) of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein facilitate virus infection in vitro, but not in vivo. However, this study was performed with the original Wuhan/D614G strain.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic is now dominated with Delta variants, we analyzed the interaction of facilitating antibodies with the NTD of these variants.

Using molecular modelling approaches, we show that enhancing antibodies have a higher affinity for Delta variants than for Wuhan/D614G NTDs. We show that enhancing antibodies reinforce the binding of the spike trimer to the host cell membrane by clamping the NTD to lipid raft microdomains.

This stabilizing mechanism may facilitate the conformational change that induces the demasking of the receptor binding domain. As the NTD is also targeted by neutralizing antibodies, our data suggest that the balance between neutralizing and facilitating antibodies in vaccinated individuals is in favor of neutralization for the original Wuhan/D614G strain.

However, in the case of the Delta variant, neutralizing antibodies have a decreased affinity for the spike protein, whereas facilitating antibodies display a strikingly increased affinity.

Thus, ADE may be a concern for people receiving vaccines based on the original Wuhan strain spike sequence (either mRNA or viral vectors).

 

Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) is every virologists worst nightmare. It means the vaccine does the opposite of what was intended.

"In antibody-dependent enhancement, sub-optimal antibodies bind to both viruses and gamma receptors expressed on immune cells, then promoting infection of these cells."  In other words, your immune cells themselves BECOME infected and carry the virus.

Vaccinated antibodies will be a trojan horse that gives the virus entry into cells. ALL CELLS. The whole human body.

We will see massive sickness and death within the vaccinated. Boosters will likely make the situation even worse.

Quote: “ Thus, ADE may be a concern for people receiving vaccines based on the original Wuhan strain spike sequence (either mRNA or viral vectors).” Translation: The shot makes a subsequent Infection “strikingly” worse (their words) and everybody was vaxxed using the original strain.

By the way, given that ADE from MRNA in animal trials killed all of them, the word “concern” is a euphemism for “fucking scared.”

Quote: “ the possibility of ADE should be further investigated as it may represent a potential risk for mass vaccination during the current Delta variant pandemic.” Further investigated. Yeah right... when? By whom?  The same Quacks that gave us all this trouble in the first place?

Quote: “ Since the Covid-19 pandemic is now dominated with Delta variants.”

So ... this is a “concern” for anyone taking the first shot (actually everyone) as mass vax is a risk for the Delta variant which is now the dominant variety.

The world now has the worst case scenario.  We have it BECAUSE of the vaccine.

It is almost laughable that the study authors say a second, different vax should be developed.   Well . . . . after most of the people who took Vax 1.0 are dead from ADE, do they really think anyone, anywhere, will trust them with Vax 2.0?

Bottom Line: People who got the vaccine, when they encounter the virus in real life, will not likely survive because their own immune system becomes infected and carries the disease absolutely everywhere in their body.  The immune system itself becomes the actual viral carrier.

Wall Street Journal: Senate Passes Democrats’ $3.5 Trillion Budget Blueprint

 

08/11/2021 WASHINGTON—The Senate passed a $3.5 trillion budget blueprint early Wednesday, the first step in an arduous process designed to allow Democrats to push through a sweeping package of education, healthcare, climate and other provisions without GOP support. The party line vote, 50-49, came just before 4 a.m., one day after the Senate passed a roughly $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure package. It is an initial victory for President Biden and congressional Democrats who are seeking to pass as much of their legislative agenda as possible this year, before next year’s midterm elections overtake Capitol Hill. “If they implement this radical transformation of our energy economy, you’re going to have a dramatic increase of gas prices and heating prices,” Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the top Republican on the Budget Committee, said on the Senate floor Tuesday. “This is the worst thought-out idea I’ve ever seen. They’re just throwing every liberal idea and hoping it sticks to the wall.” Republicans also balked at a component of the Democratic plan to include a pathway to lawful permanent status for certain migrants to the U.S. To cover the cost of the package, Democrats are seeking to raise taxes on corporations and high-income households.

 

WSJ: Senate Set to Pass Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill Tuesday

 

08/10/2021 WASHINGTON—The Senate was set to pass a roughly $1 trillion infrastructure package with broad bipartisan support Tuesday, advancing a central piece of President Biden’s economic agenda that will amount to one of the most substantial federal investments in roads, bridges and rail in decades. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) has said the chamber won’t take it up until the Senate also passes a separate $3.5 trillion antipoverty and climate plan, a challenging negotiation of its own that could take months. Democrats may pursue some of those left-out measures, like the care for elderly and disabled Americans and raising the corporate tax rate, in the separate $3.5 trillion package focused on antipoverty and climate programs. Democrats plan to approve that bill through a budget process called reconciliation, which would allow them to pass it without GOP support.

This isn't the first time billionaire investor Stanley Druckenmiller has warned that US markets are caught up in a "raging mania" fostered by the trillions of dollars in government spending. As Druck explains, the "V-shaped" economic recovery has been "the sharpest recovery in history," noting that it took 10 years for the American economy to achieve the same gains following the start of the Great Depression. The problem is that the nearly $6 trillion allocated by Congress to combat the economic impact of COVID has been spent after the economy already finished recovering. The accelerating pace of inflation, and inability of certain businesses to hire lower-wage workers, are but byproducts of this. Moving on, Druck pointed out that the biggest economic crises of the last 100 years have largely been caused by asset bubbles and inflation. The proposed legislation makes it easier to break up Big Tech companies. It will also permit censored users to sue Big Tech companies.   States: Beyond the US Legislature, the State Attorneys General are engaging in the fight. Republicans are joining bipartisan efforts to address Big Tech, such as the recent suit against Google for alleged app store monopoly.   Courts: The US Appeals Court for the Second Circuit in New York has agreed to review Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. This is part of an ongoing dispute whether Big Tech is a platform or a publisher, and therefore, under which rules it should operate.   Private Companies: Alternative platforms are emerging to provide a place for "uncensored" conversation. This includes GETTR, GAB, PARLER, and FrankSpeech, as well as others that are in the works. Feel free to liberally demand refunds, discounts, and return of products bought from these companies when you might otherwise feel timid. 5) Consider this page public domain. Emergency Visa System Fixed, State Dept Says Email channel for Afghans who worked with U.S. was overwhelmed by applications   The State Department says it has fixed a glitch in the email system that was overwhelmed Sunday by applications by and for Afghans desperate to escape the clutches of the Taliban. “The volume of emails temporarily overwhelmed the email system,” a spokesperson told SpyTalk on condition of anonymity. “The Department has taken corrective action, and emails should no longer be receiving an error message response.” Earlier Sunday, a former Air Force sergeant showed SpyTalk the response he got to a Special Immigrant Visa application he was trying to file for an Afghan that he worked with during a 2011-2012 tour of duty. Please try resending the message later, or contact the recipient directly.” “The State Department apparently forgot to take the size limit off of it, so all of these thousands of emails coming in from Afghans trying to get out are just bouncing,” former Air Force Sergeant Sam Lerman said. “I first submitted an SIV application at 6:00 am, and it was bouncing, and has been ever since.” Informed late Sunday afternoon that it was now working, Lerman said, “Awesome. It only took 11 hours.” He was busy trying to re-file the application for his counterpart, who worked with him protecting Bagram Air Base. “The Afghan partner that I'm trying to get out is not very tech savvy, so I've been up for about 50-something hours straight working the application process for him and filling everything out.” Lerman was outraged by the development, which added yet another barrier to evacuating thousands of Afghans who worked with the U.S. and now find themselves on the hit lists of Taliban death squads. “This is murder by incompetence,” Lerman said.  “I have other people that can't get to Kabul because the administration prepared for this so poorly.
