Russell Ramsland is a computer security expert from Texas. 

In Michigan in the 2020 election a bogus cyber file upload occurred and 138,339 cyber votes, 2.9% of the voter turnout, were given to "Sleepy Joe". It was not a local input error as Michigan officials claimed. 

Ramsland said five Democratic governors in five critical swing states, ( I believe the list of suspects are PA, Tom Wolf; MI, Gretchen Whitmer; WISC, Tony Evers; NC, Roy Cooper;  Tim Walz, MIN and NEV, Steve Sisolak) coordinated their efforts and at the same time shut down vote counting for three hours and then resumed the count at the same time. They stopped the vote count at the same time in order to ascertain how votes "Sleepy Joe" needed to win in each state. 

In Wisconsin more people voted than were registered to vote, over a 100% turnout.

Prior to the election Ramsland went to the FBI twice and they weren't interested in his brief. That's no surprise from the Female Body Inspectors. He also informed Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), I believe they took a 15 minute briefing from Mr. Ramsland. Some congressmen, including Pete Sessions of Texas, are very interested in this critical U.S. infrastructure issue. A U.S. DOJ prosecutor with technical expertise was very interested in this issue and listened to Ramsland's brief, prayfully he is on the case now.  

A hand count of paper ballots is critical in this 2020 Presidential election and this is happening in Georgia. There must be hand counts in PA., MI., Wisc,. Nev., GA., and AZ. also. 

RAMSLAND'S SOLUTIONS 

1. Use paper ballots

2. Certify security standards for all election computers and internet networks nationwide to protect this critical U.S. infrastructure.

3. Pass a federal law requiring states to use a blockchain technology at the state level, not a federal level.
