1. The homeless people are causing the increase in deadly pestilence and plagues. It is only a matter of time until the homeless in L.A. pass diseases to the general population. The Bible talks about deadly pestilence and plagues in the End Times. Eventually these diseases will be passed to almost everyone.
2. I think the anti-christ will simply put undesirable people like the homeless people in L.A. in FEMA camps. This is what the Nazis did to the Jews after 1939 and I think the Nazis were a foreshadowing of the anti-christ. The European Jews were placed in ghettos where they were left to die isolated, starving and forgotten. Hitler did not have to exterminate the Jews they would have all died of malignant neglect in the ghettos in eastern Europe and Poland.
3. We are going the way of the Romans as evidenced by the homeless in L.A. and elsewhere. This is evidence of what happens to people when they have too much time on their hands and forget about answering to Yeshua for their moral actions. We humans get lazy and start using alcohol and drugs. A society based on homelessness, drugs, gambling, mental illness and alcohol cannot endure. It is a house divided unto itself. We are doing a grave injustice to the mentally ill.
4. L.A. homeless is also a result of socialist leadership that doesn't give a damn about the general welfare of society and is incapacitated to the point of anarchy. A Bolshevik in 1917 Russia said one man seeking fire wood for his family in Petrograd is not a problem but a million people looking for fire wood to keep warm is.
