Your Watchman believes the culprits desecrating and destroying France's churches are satanists, atheists, communists and Muslims. The Notre Dame fire and other fires are a sign that we are living in the "End Times". Some or all of the above groups may be working together to destroy Christianity. 

Communists are notorious for destroying a nation's history, e.g. Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot and Mao Zedong.
