The unspoken part of this that went unanswered is “Where is elsewhere”? This was not even addressed. But then again, this Fox and they are the “controlled opposition” masquerading as the voice of the conservative movement."
My answer is... THE UNITED STATES, that is where.
Nine of Eleven USN Aircraft Carriers are stateside right now. There are only two Carrier battle groups deployed.

D, I couldn't agree more, the troops may be needed to round up pedophiles and traitors in CONUS on or after the new Court Martial Manual goes into effect Jan. 1, 2019. The clock is ticking as President Trump faces a new Congress on Jan. 3, 2019.
