Shiloh, Israel is an extremely important Biblical site. Interestingly, as a side bar, one of the worst battles of the War of North Aggression was fought at Shiloh.
The forgotten feast is about Jewish redemption and the Messianic connection via Yeshua Hamaschiach.
It is a counter point to the 9th of Av, a day of disaster for the Jews.
