Ohioans: Stop HB564, Ending Vaccine Exemptions

Image result for bad vaccines

As health practitioners and as citizens, we value our freedom to choose what medical interventions we receive, our children receive, and having full access to alternative therapies.  This is what chiropractic doctors have fought for for decades. As a consumer, you may not be aware that your health freedoms have come under attack many times. Be it having access to natural supplements, the ability to get care from a chiropractor, or the ability to refuse or delay vaccines for your children and yourself if you are a teacher or work in a healthcare setting.  Chiropractors have long fought for the public to have access to our care as they wish and have accurate information about the safety and efficacy of chiropractic care, the largest drugless, non invasive healing therapy in the world. In 1987, Wilks v AMA was won by our profession, it was determined that the American Medical Association had systematically worked to eliminate our
profession by telling lies about the safety and efficacy of our work.

We have been researching the risk of vaccines for 25 years (each), long before even becoming chiropractors. We also work with vaccine injured children and adults and see first hand the damage that can occur. There is more fraud and coverup with vaccine damage than you would ever care to know about.
All medical interventions have risk and vaccines are no different.  Due to their inherent risk, there must be choice for parents to decide if they wish to vaccinate their children (hopefully they are educating themselves and not relying on their doctors opinions before injecting things like aluminum, mercury, msg, formaldehyde and aborted fetal cells into their children), or if they wish to delay vaccines or spread them out.

In Ohio we have 3 exemptions available - personal belief, religious and medical.  Every state's exemptions are under attack right now, bills have been introduced in every state to eliminate a parent's right to choose. California lost theirs last year.  Medical exemptions are near impossible to come by, even if your child has had a previous reaction. Doctors who are issuing valid medical exemptions are losing their license, as in the case of Dr. Bob Sears, a well know pediatrician, author,  and vaccine educator in California.

TO THE POINT OF THIS EMAIL -
HB564 was introduced to the Ohio legislature in May of this year. HB564 does the following:
-eliminates personal belief exemption,
-restricts religious exemption by requiring parents to be 'educated' by their doctor and the doctor must sign off saying they have a sincerely held religious belief (doctors are not experts in your beliefs!)
-tracks vaccination status, making public your child's personal health data.

They are working to fast track this bill into law.  Our state activists were first told that the bill would die, then last week it was assigned to the Health and Aging Committee, then were told there would be no hearings until January, and today we found out that they have a meeting scheduled for Thursday with the Health and Aging Committee. is IMPERATIVE that people call and write letters TODAY OR TOMORROW to OPPOSE HB564.  Please oppose based on the inherent RISK of vaccines, not just on freedom. They do not care about our freedoms if they are under the erroneous assumption that unvaccinated children pose a danger to society.

Even if your child receives vaccines, you will be held to the CDC Schedule, you will not be allowed to delay or refuse even one vaccine. If your child has a future vaccine reaction, you will still be required to receive them.

If you have a VACCINE INJURY or know someone who does, please share that with them. We are working hard to get information, data, and the movie Vaxxed into the hands of legislators through Ohio Vaccine Freedom, the organization that Dr. Julie started, because like much of the public that assumes the information they receive on the nightly news is accurate,  they are unaware of the accurate information about vaccines.

Below is contact information for the committee members of the Health and Aging committee, as well as a link where you can find who your rep is, so that you can contact them also.

Thank you for helping us protect the health freedoms of all Ohioans.

Yours in Health,
Dr. Michael Nichols

"Where there is risk, there must be Choice"

Talking points to Oppose HB564----------------
--- removal of personal belief exemption is unconstitutional
--- I have the right to determine what medical interventions my child has
--- All medical interventions have risk, therefore I must have choice
--- Vaccines were ruled unavoidably unsafe by the Supreme Court in 2011
--- The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out over 3 BILLION dollars since it's inception in 1989 for vaccine injuries and deaths
--- The 14th Amendment states that parents have the right to make medical decisions for their children without state intervention
