At the 7:45 mark in the video a Dallas police officer or officers says "We got a guy with a long rifle but we don't know where the hell he's at" 

"We got one more shooter out here!" 

"We got an open window on the on the.....side of Lamar, we got rifles hanging out....." 

Two suspects were arrested in a traffic stop. One female was arrested in the parking garage of the community college. MX Johnson was killed in that same parking garage.
